What we collect
Account details you provide (name, email), the financial data you enter, and — only if you enable Pro bank sync — read-only transaction data via Plaid. Basic anonymous analytics keep the app improving.
What we never do
Sell your personal data. Show ads based on your finances. Store your bank credentials (Plaid handles authentication directly).
How it's protected
AES-256 encryption in transit and at rest; access controls and audits; Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA) and Quebec Law 25 compliance.
Your rights
Access, correct, export or delete your data anytime — in-app or via support@emohpay.com. Quebec residents have additional Law 25 rights, honoured fully.
